 1. Exhibitors are required to read & abide by the Rules on pgs 6-11.
 2. IMPORTANT - All exhibitors (including independent exhibitors)
must turn in a cage count, found on page 15 by June 23 to
reserve cage space.
 3. The same Rabbit or Cavy cannot be entered in both Youth & Open.
 4. All rabbits and cavies must be in the possession of the exhibitor
by June1.With theseexceptions: Does producingHomeGrown
Class entries must be owned by and in the possession of the
exhibitor by May 1st. Purchased market animals must be in
possession of exhibitors by July 10th.
5. Exhibitors may enter no more than 5 pens of entries.
 6. An exhibitor may make no more than 2 entries in any one class.
 7. Youth rabbit and cavy exhibitors who show an animal in youth
breeding and/or market classes are eligible to enter Showmanship
for that species: they must use the animal that they entered in the
breeding or market class.
 8. Rabbits and cavies must be healthy and disease-free. Sick
rabbits, including those under treatment, must not be brought
on the grounds.
 9. Any rabbit or cavy showing signs of illness or disease, including
nasal discharge, vent discharge, abscesses, ear canker, fur
mites, fleas, lice, mange, etc., will be removed from the grounds
at the Superintendent’s discretion.
10. Posted barn rules will be enforced.
11. Exhibitors are responsible for feeding and watering their own
animals. All times are posted in the barn and will be enforced.
12. Cages and the areas under them must be kept clean
throughout the week by exhibitor.
13. Fancy pen breeds are non-commercial (non-meat) type breeds.
(Suggested fancy pen breeds are marked with ~~) They will be
judged on breed type, condition, and uniformity.
14. No rabbits or cavies allowed on the grounds except those
exhibited for premiums.
15. Proper attire is required of all exhibitors. No sandals, flip-flops,
crocs, etc. will be allowed in the show ring or the sale ring.
16. All rabbits and cavies judged by current ARBA standards.
No "unrecognized breeds" will be judged unless a working
standard is provided by the exhibitor.
17.
All rabbits must be perm. tattooed & cavies must be ear tagged.
18. Only "Best of Breed" cavies will be considered for Grand and
Reserve Champion overall.
19. Each club/individual is responsible for hanging and
removing their own cages.
20. A barn meeting (all exhibitors) will be held on Sunday, at 4:00
pm in the Small Animal Arena.
21. Exhibitors not complying with these rules will be asked to leave
and will be penalized the amount of their premiums.

23. All purebred animals may be required to furnish pedigrees.
24. Rabbits or Cavies will not be judged unless the exhibitor or
designee is present to place the animals on the show table.
25. No unworthy animal shall be awarded a premium.
**Note : Any class in this department with an * in front of it requires
a class fee of $1.00. Please enclose the total with your entry form.
