 1. All exhibitors are required to read and abide by
the Rules on pages 6-11.
 2. All Equine exhibits must show proof of a negative
Coogins test within the past (12) twelve months,
except for nursing mares and foals under 6 mo. of age.
 3. Exhibitors are allowed to show from their trailer this day only.
**NOTE:
Any other arrangements must be formally arranged
with the Superintendent on the required request form.
 4. Horses are not required to be stalled during fair week.
 5. Exhibitors must be 19 years of age or older, and not entered
in the youth show.
 6. Exhibitors must meet Shiawassee County Fair residency
requirements (see page 6).
 7. An exhibitor may make no more than 2 entries in any one class.
 8. All 1st and 2nd place winners are eligible for Grand & Reserve
Champion Class.
 9. All classes must be pre-registered including Showmanship
(Fitting and Showing). No additional entries day of show.
10. Show attire not required. Hat, boots, long pants and shirts must
be worn - chaps are optional. No sandals, flip-flops, crocs, etc.
will be allowed in the show ring (seeGeneral Rules for complete
guidelines).
**Note : Any class in this department with an * in front of it requires
a class fee of $2.00. Please enclose the total with your entry form.
