3. Only one entry in any one class will be accepted.
4. All entries in this department must be an original design or
have been creatively enhanced by the exhibitor - no kits
completed exactly as purchased will be accepted.

3. For class 105, 125, and 145 - Plate of 4 items (ex. cookies, cupcakes)
or whole item (ex. cake, pie, danish).
4. Any item as described in Class 105-225, EXCEPT, to be
prepared for a special diet such as a diabetic diet, gluten
free diet, specific allergy diet, etc. Must include a recipe
card and specify what the special diet is.
5. Age guidelines for Educational and Demonstration Projects are
detailed on page 6.

Objective: Gain knowledge of menu planning and food presentation
by exploring menu possibilities and preparing a model place setting.
(Age guidelines are detailed on page 6)
Classes 235 & 245 judged on: 1/3 - Originality, and creativity of
theme including decorations, 1/3 - Menu providing a balanced diet,
1/3 - The proper placement of all items.
