1. Exhibitor may participate in both sections.
2. Age for educational or demonstration projects is detailed on pg. 6.
3. Topic may be of your choice.
4. Demonstrations must show “How to Do” something.
5. Demonstration Team, Section 20, may consist of not more than
3 people.
6. Schedule will be by random draw. All exhibitors are to report at
12:30 p.m.
SECTION 10 — PUBLIC SPEAKING
Demonstration Project
Objective:Toachieveskill inverbal presentations throughpreparing
a speech and performing in public.
PREMIUMS for classes 105 - 135: A - $3.50; B - $2.50; C - $1.50
105. Juniors (age 9-14) Speech, minimum of 3 minutes
115. Seniors (age 15 and up; see age guidelines, page 6)
Speech length - minimum of 4 minutes
125. Illustrated Talk - minimum 4 minutes

Objective: To achieve comfort and proficiency in speaking and
demonstrating a procedure.
Premiums for classes 145 - 155: A - $3.50; B - $2.50; C - $1.50

145. Juniors (9-14) minimum time of 3 minutes
155. Seniors (15 and up; see age guidelines, page 6) minimum
time of 5 minutes, maximum of 8 minutes
