Golf carts, ATVs, etc. are a safety hazard and may not be used during
Fair week unless
pre-approved
and licensed by the Fair Office.
Proof of insurance is required and
adults only
may use the carts
following approval.
Contact the Fair Office before July 13th for
information and request forms.
Important
Fair Entries
DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, JUNE 22 at 5 pm
After June 22nd, Entries are as follows:
• Monday, June 25th & Tuesday, June 26th....................Additional $50
• Wednesday, June 27th & Thursday, June 28th........... Additional $75
• Friday, June 29th at 4 pm.............................................Additional $100
After Friday, June 29th at 4 p.m., no entries will be accepted for any
reason. Changes and additions are not accepted after the deadline.

ONLY Accepted until 5 pm on Friday, June 22nd.

Youth livestock exhibitors (not Cloverbuds) and their parents/guardians must
arrive before the drawing begins.Applications will not be available after the
drawing starts. One parent of a youth livestock exhibitor drawing for a site
may hold one application only. No refunds if number is drawn. Payment is
required at the time of application. Any applicant that issues a check that
is returned to the Fair Office as
“insufficient funds”
will immediately forfeit
their campsite for that Fair and will not be eligible for a campsite for the
following year as well.The “Lease -A- Lot” program is determined by a wait list.

bragging rights for one year!
• Objective:
Exhibitors from EACH BARN will demonstrate
pride in their species through a cooperative effort at
presenting the best total display throughout (and around)
their barn.
Judging based on
A)
Cleanliness of total display, including barn, stalls, tack
areas and area around the outside of the barn.
B)
Positive, helpful attitude of exhibitors toward visitors
to the Fair, parents and fellow exhibitors.
